We actively want long term tenants. Stability is good for community, and community is what we build for. We do not seek to turn over tenancies, and we do not increase rents opportunistically.

For rent to own tenants, we actively track progress toward ownership milestones, communicate clearly about timelines and credits, and support the transition when the time comes.

Payments are processed through your tenancy agreement. If you have a query about a payment, a statement, or your rent schedule, use the contact form and we'll respond directly.
If you're on a rent to own agreement, we provide regular statements showing your accumulated credit toward purchase. Contact us at any time to discuss your progress or timeline.
We will contact you before your tenancy end date to discuss renewal. We actively encourage long term tenancy and make the renewal process as straightforward as possible.
